Qualification initiatives

Qualification initiative 1: Student’s curriculum/ teaching/ evaluation and optimization

Qualification initiative 1 includes the development of the curriculum for students and the testing of the same by the Catholic Professional School for Social Pedagogy in Saarbrücken.

Qualification initiative 2: Qualification of teachers at professional schools and in training institutions

Qualification initiative 2 focuses on the training of teachers. Here the main focus is on the development of a training concept and on giving first courses. The ILF Saarbrücken is going to test and evaluate the training concept.

Qualification initiative 3: training of pedagogical professionals in institutions

Qualification initiative 3 puts focus on the institutions in the respective countries and is dedicated to staff training, i.e. local work practice. The first priority here is the further professional training of pedagogues and other local users. The respective training activities are developed together and tested and evaluated locally.
