Goals

Considering the changing professional requirements in the field of pedagogy the project’s goal is it to develop a comprehensive curriculum and a study script with a focus on documentation, quality development and evaluation in youth services which can be integrated in the education of students and the further training of already practicing educators as well as social pedagogues. In the long term all pedagogical professionals should be able, by using procedures for documentation, quality development and evaluation, to constructively evaluate their work and its effectiveness. This contributes to the quality of work done by social workers and ultimately benefits the recipients of child and youth welfare.
